To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7–14 days from the date of delivery. Certain items like opened food products, grooming items, and hygiene-related goods may not be eligible for returns due to safety reasons.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and the reason for return. Once your request is approved, Fresh Cart Sphere will provide instructions for sending the item back. Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid further damage during transit.

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer store credit or a replacement depending on the product and the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Used grooming tools

  • Hygiene products

  • Customized or special-order items

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. Fresh Cart Sphere will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
